For construction company owners
A free fit check for construction project files.
Your construction company’s project files and job records may qualify for a paid licensing deal with AI data buyers. We’ll help you find out, free.
About 5 minutes. No charge. No documents to upload on this page.

Independent, and free for you
You pay nothing. We are not the buyer.
Iron Triangle Advisory is an independent referral introducer. We are not micro1, we are not Mode, and we do not work for either company. We are not an official partner of either.
This costs you nothing. Iron Triangle Advisory is paid by the buyer if a licensing deal happens, not by you.
Who it’s for
Construction companies that already keep the paperwork of the job
Construction companies with about 30 or more employees — general contractors, specialty trades, and similar firms that already keep project files and job records as part of everyday work.
Written for the owner
This page speaks to the person who runs the company, or to someone that person has asked to look. It is not written for referral members.
General contractors and specialty trades
If the firm builds, installs, or manages construction work and keeps a project file for each job, it is in the group this check is for.

How it works
Three steps. The buyer decides the last one.
There is no charge for the check, and no obligation to move forward.
Check your fit in about 5 minutes.
You answer a few questions about your company and the records you keep. The result is a plain indication, not an offer.
If you look like a match, we help you apply on the buyer’s own site.
This website does not carry a buyer referral link. Applying, if you choose to, happens on the buyer’s own site.
The buyer reviews your company and, if they want to proceed, makes a written offer. Only they can decide that.
We cannot accept the company, and we cannot promise a deal. Nothing moves until you review and sign a written agreement with the buyer.
What a buyer may license
Everyday project files and job records
The records are the ones a construction office already keeps so the job can be built, inspected, and closed out.
As-builts
Drawings and markups that show what was actually built.
RFIs
Questions and answers that cleared a detail during the job.
Daily logs
The day-to-day record of work, weather, crews, and site conditions.
Submittals
Product data, shop drawings, and the approvals around them.
Safety records
The safety paperwork the company already keeps for the work.
Work email
Job correspondence that sits with the project file.

What stays with you
Your originals stay with you
Your originals stay with you. A buyer licenses a cleaned-up copy of agreed records, not your files, systems, or day-to-day operations. Names and private details are removed before anything is shared, and nothing moves until you review and sign a written agreement with the buyer.
A copy, not the company
The buyer does not take your systems, your people, or the way you run the work. You keep the originals.
Nothing moves on a handshake
Sharing waits until you have reviewed a written agreement with the buyer and signed it.

A good fit
What we look for before anyone talks about a deal
These signs are the starting point. They are not a promise that a buyer will say yes.
A construction company
A general contractor, a specialty trade, or a similar firm.
About 30 or more employees
That is the lower public threshold this check uses, the figure associated with micro1. Mode’s public page lists construction with most other businesses at 50 or more. We do not use a lower number, and we are not an official partner of either buyer.
Everyday project files and job records
As-builts, RFIs, daily logs, submittals, safety records, work email, and similar job records.
Records mainly in English
English-language records are the fit we can introduce. Partly English is weaker.
Someone with authority to license them
A person who can agree, for the company, to license a cleaned-up copy.
Records depth
How substantial are your records?
Buyers look at more than headcount. They look at how many years of files you have, how many people created them, and whether those records connect across everyday systems. This is not a price, and it is not an offer. Only a buyer can value records after their own review.
Nothing is uploaded. The numbers stay in this browser. Matching answers can fill the fit check below so you do not enter them twice.
What this shows
Add how many people and how many years to see staff-years.
0 of 8 systems. None connected yet.
These numbers are not a price and not an offer. Only a buyer can value records after their own review, in writing.
The fit check still uses its own bands. Fewer than 30 people is not a current fit. About 30 to 49, and 50 or more, are the bands it already uses. It does not use a lower cutoff.

Fit check
Check your fit in about 5 minutes
A short fit check that takes about 5 minutes. You answer a few questions about your company and the records you keep. You’ll get a plain result on whether you look like a fit for a buyer, a clear explanation of how licensing works, and help applying if you do. There is no charge and no obligation to move forward.
The result is indicative. It is not an offer and not an acceptance. Only a buyer can decide fit and make a written offer. Your answers stay in this browser unless you later send your contact details.
Questions
Straight answers before you start
If a question is really about the law, your own counsel is the right place to take it. This page does not give legal, tax, or privacy-law advice.
Is it really free?
This costs you nothing. Iron Triangle Advisory is paid by the buyer if a licensing deal happens, not by you. The fit check has no charge and no obligation to move forward. Free does not mean a buyer will accept the company or pay anything.
What data do they want?
Buyers look at project files and job records a construction company already keeps, such as as-builts, RFIs, daily logs, submittals, safety records, and work email. A buyer licenses a cleaned-up copy of records you agree to. They do not take your systems or your day-to-day operations. Which records they want is their decision, after their own review.
Do I lose my files?
Your originals stay with you. A buyer licenses a cleaned-up copy of agreed records, not your files, systems, or day-to-day operations. Nothing moves until you review and sign a written agreement with the buyer.
What about client privacy?
Names and private details are removed before anything is shared, and nothing moves until you review and sign a written agreement with the buyer. This page does not give legal or privacy-law advice. If you need that, ask your own counsel.
How much could it be worth?
It depends on the buyer’s review, and no amount is promised. We do not quote a fee, a range, or an income. Only the buyer can decide fit and make a written offer.
Why doesn’t this page show a dollar estimate?
Only a buyer can value the records after their own review. A number published here would not be an offer. The records tool shows how deep the files look and how ready you are for the next step. It does not show a price.
What if we’re not a fit?
The fit check gives you an indicative result. If it says you are not a current fit, there is nothing to apply for and nothing to pay. You keep your records either way. That result is not a buyer’s rejection. Only a buyer can decide.
Are you part of micro1 or Mode?
No. Iron Triangle Advisory is an independent referral introducer. We do not work for those companies and we are not an official partner of either. We do not put their referral links on this site. If you look like a match, we help you apply on the buyer’s own site. Only that buyer can decide whether to make a written offer.
A call, if you want one
Prefer to talk it through?
Book a free 20-minute call. We’ll walk through how licensing works, whether your company looks like a fit, and what applying involves. No charge and no obligation.
The call is the last option, not the main path. The fit check above is the place to start. When scheduling is connected, the event is a free 20-minute Free Data Value Call.
A scheduling link is not connected yet, so this button stays on this page. It will not open a made-up booking address.
